All teachers are expected to attend this meeting held at the beginning of the year (usually the first Saturday of April) to finalize plans for the upcoming year, pass out important papers, present new policies and procedures, and discuss ongoing issues. If it is absolutely impossible for you to attend this meeting, please notify one of the coordinators; however, you are still responsible for finding out what went on at this meeting.
