Official class rosters are available through the Aoyama faculty portal. They are usually tentative until several weeks after the semester has begun since students may change or withdraw from classes during that period. So, if you download class rosters during the first week or two of classes they are likely to be incomplete or inaccurate. Therefore, be sure to download the definitive version once they are finalized, usually after the third week of classes. They are available in CSV and PDF formats. The CSV format will allow for easy importing into such class management apps as iDoceo.
It is recommended that teachers create their own rosters by passing a sign up sheet around the class to monitor attendance until the official rosters are issued. Once the final roster has been been distributed, it is generally not possible for students to change classes or IE streams.
