Self Introduction
I am Canadian (from Ontario) but have been living in Japan (Yokohama) for many years. I teach courses on communication, writing and academic skills at four universities in Tokyo. I also do textbook proofreading for English texts used in junior high and high schools. For my undergrad degree I studied political science, then I studied educational technology for my Master’s degree. In my spare time I dance Cuban salsa and play tabletop roleplaying games.

University is a great time in your life, so try new things! Join clubs, make new friendships, travel and learn everything you can. My English classes aren’t about being perfect; they’re about trying and participating in a relaxed and friendly environment.
