Self Introduction
Paul Harper teaches English language, culture, and communication at four universities in the Kanto region as an adjunct instructor. He holds a BA (Honors) in English Language and Literature from the University of Western Ontario; an ALM (Master of Liberal Arts) from Harvard University Extension School; and TESOL certification from Anaheim University. Paul began teaching English in Japan in 1992 and has taught students at every level from infant to seniors. He taught conversation, TESOL, kids, and business English at ECC for twenty years and spent ten years teaching as an ALT in junior-high schools and high schools in Tokyo before moving to university teaching. His principal interests include culture, communication, and audiences.
